1. About the service
Shynsa provides an AI-powered voice and video interview screening platform for employers and recruiters ("Service"). The Service is offered to businesses and organisations; you confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
3. Credits and payments
The Service is prepaid and operates on credits. Credits are consumed when interviews are run. Payments are processed by third-party payment gateways.
Credits are non-refundable once added, except in the limited cases of failed or duplicate payments described in our Payment, Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Credits are linked to your organisation, are non-transferable and have no cash value.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, discriminatory or deceptive purposes.
- Interview candidates without lawful basis or without informing them that AI is used.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload or disrupt the platform.
- Share your account or resell the Service without our written consent.
5. Candidate data and your responsibilities
As the employer you are responsible for obtaining valid consent from candidates and for how you use interview results and AI evaluations. AI-generated scores are decision-support and should be reviewed by a human before any hiring decision.

6. Intellectual property
The Service, including software, branding and content, is owned by Shynsa and its licensors. You retain ownership of the data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
7. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify features, pricing or these terms; material changes will be communicated through the website or by email.
8. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of unused credits.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
